
Paid Social Advertising Contractor

We are seeking a data-driven and highly motivated Paid Social Advertising Contractor to support the execution and optimization of paid social campaigns. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a performance-focused environment and is passionate about leveraging data to drive measurable results across digital advertising channels.
Key Responsibilities
Manage day-to-day execution of paid social campaigns across platforms such as LinkedIn, Facebook, and Reddit, with a focus on lead generation and pipeline growth
Analyze platform data and market trends using tools such as Salesforce and Tableau to optimize campaign performance and budget allocation
Build, launch, and optimize campaigns, including audience targeting, ad creatives, bidding strategies, A/B testing, and performance tracking
Support broader paid media efforts by assisting with campaign maintenance, reporting, and performance analysis across multiple platforms
Monitor and manage campaign budgets to ensure efficiency and alignment with performance goals
Stay informed on emerging trends, platform updates, and new advertising opportunities to continuously improve strategy
Evaluate campaign performance and provide actionable insights and recommendations for ongoing optimization
Qualifications
3–5 years of hands‑on experience managing paid social campaigns, particularly on LinkedIn and Facebook
Strong understanding of campaign setup, audience segmentation, and paid social strategy
Analytical mindset with a focus on data‑driven decision‑making
Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets for data analysis and reporting
Experience with Google Analytics
Familiarity with landing page optimization and A/B testing methodologies
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced environment
Flexible and collaborative approach to supporting various campaigns and projects
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in B2B marketing, ideally within SaaS environments
Background in FinTech or financial/accounting industries
Experience working with CRM platforms, particularly Salesforce
Familiarity with enterprise reporting and business intelligence tools, especially Tableau
