As a Partnership Management Specialist, you will identify and secure partnerships for high‑visibility, critical locations across local, statewide, and national footprints to offer IDEMIA Enrollment Services programs, products, and services. You will engage existing partners, propose expansions, and conduct telephone‑based and in‑person sales. You will maintain comprehensive knowledge of all IDEMIA Enrollment Services, communicate effectively across multiple media, track and report activities, and perform administrative duties using Microsoft applications and CRM tools. Essential Job Functions

Search for, identify, profile, and prequalify cost‑effective Enrollment Center partners that meet IDEMIA criteria. Establish contact and cultivate relationships with new potential partners in mission‑critical areas. Reach out to existing partners to discuss continued or enhanced partnership opportunities. Perform telephone‑based sales, prospect recruiting calls, and in‑person partnership presentations. Negotiate competitive contract rates and terms, ensuring clarity of all terms and responsibilities. Demonstrate high motivation, a strong sense of urgency, and a hunter mentality. Interpret IDEMIA contracts and follow the established contract process. Maintain up‑to‑date knowledge of IDEMIA products and services. Stay informed on state and federal regulations impacting IDEMIA programs and explain these to partners. Document current status of potential partners on the Master Search List and other reports. Qualifications

Proficiency with Windows Operating Systems and Microsoft products such as Word, Excel, Outlook, and SharePoint. Strong sense of urgency and ability to work independently in a fast‑paced virtual environment. Excellent communication skills across various media and in person. Proven negotiation skills. Knowledge of U.S. geographic regions and territories. Basic financial reporting skills. Team player with a high drive and hunter mentality. Qualifications, Education & Experience

Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field with a minimum of one year of related experience, or equivalent education and experience. Minimum two years of successful sales experience (telephone or outside‑based sales preferred). Preferred: one year of experience with contracts and contract negotiation. Excellent customer service experience. Availability for a minimum forty‑hour work week, Monday through Friday. Access to an internet connection during non‑business hours; IDEMIA will supply a laptop for employee use. Travel Requirement

Occasional overnight travel up to 25% of the time. Working Conditions

General office environment with adequate lighting, heating, and ventilation. Hybrid work from home schedule may be available. Physical Demands

Primarily office work with sitting, light walking, standing, bending, and reaching; occasional driving.
