Imagine stepping into a role where you are the key to building lasting relationships with clients in the Oil & Gas, chemical, and industrial sectors. As a Client Manager in our Compression Regional Service Sales team, you will take ownership of client relationships, ensuring their satisfaction while driving growth in service bookings within your territory. You will lead the business and opportunity development process from the initial stages through to order entry, all while navigating some of the most exciting service and modernization projects. This dynamic position focuses on the Polish market and reports directly to the head of Sales, providing you with a platform to make a significant impact. How You’ll Make An Impact

Develop and nurture long‑term relationships with assigned clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded. Create and execute a comprehensive sales capture plan tailored to each customer, leveraging Siemens Energy’s strengths and addressing competitors’ weaknesses. Identify and maintain a robust opportunity pipeline in Salesforce, effectively managing and updating opportunities to meet overall business sales targets. Ensure the accuracy of the installed equipment population and client data within your territory, including operating status and planned outages. Prepare and lead proposal negotiations to closure, collaborating with other professionals to secure opportunities. Conduct Win/Loss analyses to provide valuable insights for competitive strategies and regional analyses. What You Bring

A proven track record of driving results and delivering on growth strategies in complex market environments. A Bachelor of Science in Engineering, with a minimum of 5 years of experience in the Energy industry and at least 3 years in a sales/business development role. Mandatory turbomachinery experience and a strong technical understanding of industrial compressors. Proficiency in Business English, both spoken and written, is essential. The ability to work independently while engaging with all levels within customer organizations, coupled with strong analytical and strategic problem‑solving skills. Excellent communication skills, enabling you to discuss both technical and commercial aspects effectively; willingness to travel as required. Benefits
