
Senior Change Management Consultant

We are currently hiring for a Senior Project Manager / Organizational Change Lead to support large-scale digital transformation initiatives within a complex, multi-stakeholder environment.
This is not a communications role.
This is a role focused on
changing how an organization works -
ensuring that new systems, processes, and operating models are not just implemented, but fully adopted.
Responsibilities
Designing and executing enterprise-level
change management strategies and roadmaps
Leading
stakeholder engagement
across diverse business functions and leadership levels
Conducting
change impact and readiness assessments
to identify risks and resistance points
Building and activating
change networks, sponsor coalitions, and engagement frameworks
Developing
communication and training strategies
that drive real behavioral change
Establishing
adoption metrics, dashboards, and reporting
to measure success and course-correct
This role requires someone who can operate at both a
strategic and execution level -
influencing leadership while staying close to the ground with impacted teams.
Ideal Profile
5–8+ years of experience in
organizational change management , supporting large transformation programs
Strong experience driving
adoption in CRM implementations, process standardization, or digital initiatives
Ability to navigate
complex, matrixed organizations with competing priorities
Proven ability to influence stakeholders and build alignment across business and IT
Experience in establishing or scaling
change management practices and frameworks
Certifications in Change Management methodologies (e.g., PROSCI, CCMP) are a plus
Experience in higher education or similarly structured environments is a plus.
