What You’ll Do: We're seeking a strategic and hands-on Head of Marketing to lead our marketing function and drive customer acquisition and brand awareness. You'll own the complete marketing strategy and execution, working cross-functionally with internal teams and external partners to deliver measurable results. This is a leadership role for someone who can balance strategic thinking with tactical execution.
Job Duties:
Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with business growth objectives
Own marketing budget allocation and ROI optimization across all channels
Lead and mentor internal marketing team members
Partner with sales leadership to ensure marketing efforts drive qualified pipeline
Oversee email marketing campaigns: strategy, segmentation, automation, and performance optimization
Manage digital marketing: paid search, display, social media, SEO, and website optimization
Manage direct mail campaigns in partnership with vendors and agencies
Coordinate with marketing service providers and agencies to ensure quality execution and accountability
Performance & Analytics
Establish KPIs and tracking mechanisms for all marketing initiatives
Analyze campaign performance and provide actionable insights to executive leadership
Test, iterate, and scale successful campaigns across channels
Report on marketing contribution to revenue and pipeline generation
Required Skills and Qualifications:
7+ years marketing experience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role
Proven track record executing multi-channel B2B marketing campaigns
Strong understanding of SBA lending, equipment financing, or commercial finance (preferred)
Experience managing marketing budgets of $500K+
Proficiency with marketing automation platforms (HubSpot, Marketo, Pardot, etc.)
Data-driven mindset with strong analytical skills
Excellent project management and vendor management abilities
Preferred:
Background in financial services, fintech, or lending
Experience in lead generation for complex B2B sales cycles
Knowledge of CRM systems and sales/marketing alignment best practices
Compensation:
$140,000-$180,000 + Bonus
