About the Role We’re looking for a high-performing Event Producer to own the end-to-end development and execution of our conference portfolio.

You will be responsible for building speaker lineups, driving outreach, and closing senior-level executives, while managing multiple events under a deadline driven environment

What You’ll Do

Own 4–6 conferences annually from concept to onsite delivery

Build and secure senior-level speaker lineups (VP, SVP, C-level)

Execute high-volume outreach (email, LinkedIn, calls) and convert to confirmed speakers

Write compelling agendas, session titles

Manage timelines through strong project management with deadlines, and internal coordination across teams

Maintain speaker pipeline, track progress, and hit monthly targets

Partner with sales, marketing, and operations to ensure event success

Handle speaker communication from initial outreach through onsite experience

Effectively run events onsite

What We’re Looking For

2–5 years of experience in event production, conference management, or related roles

Proven ability to close senior stakeholders (sales, recruiting, or production background)

Strong written and verbal communication skills

Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects at once

Comfortable working in a deadline-driven, high-pressure environment

Resourceful and persistent—you don’t wait for things to happen

Proactive and a self starter

High level of ownership and accountability for results
