Overview
Job Title: Director of Claims. Location: Eden Prairie, MN. Work Model: Hybrid (3 days in office). Shift: 08:00 AM - 05:00 PM. Employment Type: Permanent, Full-Time. Pay: Min $62.00/hour, Max $67.00/hour. Qualifications/Skills/Experience
Ten (10) years of claims management experience, including three (3) years of prior supervisory experience or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Must have skills: Claims, Client services, Operations Support, Sales. Required Minimum Education: High School Diploma or equivalent. Preferred Education: Bachelor’s Degree. Preferred Certifications/Licenses: CPCU, ARM, AIM, and/or AIC; Licenses as required. Essential Responsibilities
Responsible for overall operations management for all assigned locations/offices. Establishes policy and procedures to assure compliance to best practices, claims management services standards, state regulations, and client service requirements. Establishes business plan with goals and objectives for the partnership and locations/offices. Monitors management reports relating to the partner/office performance. Assists with the coordination of sales and client service efforts. Only those lawfully authorized to work in the designated country associated with the position will be considered.
