Key Responsibilities
Manage underwriting and call center operations to meet performance standards Develop and maintain relationships with carrier partners and oversee team execution of business strategies Ensure alignment with underwriting guidelines and financial objectives while fostering a high-performance culture
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Bachelor's degree preferred Over ten years of experience in insurance service operations supporting multiple lines or carriers Current and active 2-20, 4-40 licenses or the ability to obtain them within a specified timeframe CPCU, AU, CIC, and/or CPIA designations preferred
