Senior Underwriting Process Analyst

A company is looking for a Sr Underwriting Process Analyst who will support Commercial Underwriting in achieving growth and profitability objectives.
Key Responsibilities
Develop, maintain, and govern policies and procedures to enhance efficiency and customer service Collaborate with various departments to create and implement solutions aligned with organizational goals Lead the development of business process workflows and provide analysis to support key business priorities
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent work experience 5+ years of experience in underwriting or process improvement One or more industry designations desired (e.g., CPCU, AU, ARM) Experience leading project teams and facilitating training Project Management Certification is a plus
