Location: DUMBO, Brooklyn (Hybrid) - 4 days in office
Salary Range: $75K-$85K

THE ROLE VIOLETTE_FR is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Digital Marketing Assistant Manager to support the execution and optimization of our digital ecosystem across .com, email marketing, SMS, paid media, and analytics. This role will play a critical part in driving performance and growth for our direct-to-consumer business across all digital touchpoints. The ideal candidate is both collaborative and results-driven, working closely with cross‑functional marketing partners to ensure seamless execution and efficient workflows. They are highly organized, eager to learn, and thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Email & SMS
Plan, brief, build, and deploy email & SMS campaigns (promotional, lifecycle, triggered)
Collaborate with manager and creative team on content, segmentation, and personalization strategies
Ensure campaigns are approved, QA’d and deployed accurately and on schedule
Track and report on performance metrics (open rate, click rate, conversion) and provide insights for optimization
Paid Marketing
Partner with creative team and agency partners to support the execution of paid media campaigns across channels (Meta, TikTok, Google/YouTube, Pinterest, etc.)
Develop clear briefs for paid campaigns, ensuring alignment with brand messaging, business objectives, channel best practices, and performance-driven learnings
Manage the timely delivery of all campaign assets to our agency partners, ensuring accuracy and adherence to deadlines
Maintain organized asset libraries and ensure proper naming conventions and usage rights for all paid content
Coordinate with influencer team to source and manage whitelisted and/or dark posted creator content for paid amplification
E-Commerce
Update website content for product launches, promotional campaigns, and other initiatives
Assist in managing seasonal merchandising & SEO updates for the website and marketplaces (Shop and TikTok Shop)
Support A/B testing initiatives and monitor site performance while recommending optimizations to improve engagement and conversion
Analytics
Support the analysis of digital performance across .com, email, and paid media channels
Translate data into actionable insights and recommendations
EXPERIENCE & SKILLS
2-3 years of experience in digital marketing, preferably in beauty, luxury, fashion and/or wellness
Experience with marketing and organizational tools such as Klaviyo, Attentive, G‑Suite and Dropbox
Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills
Strong analytical skills and comfort working with data
Thrives in a nimble, agile, “roll up your sleeves” environment while maintain high standards for execution
