Art Director
Click Here Digital, Baton Rouge, LA, United States
We are seeking a highly experienced Art Director to elevate the standard, consistency, and impact of creative across Click Here Digital. This is not a production or traffic management role. This is a hands‑on creative leadership position responsible for setting the bar, making final creative decisions, and ensuring our work stands out across every client, platform, and medium.
The Art Director will own the client experience for our strategic accounts. This includes understanding the client’s brand standards, aesthetic preferences, full profile/brief, and what makes for an exceptional client experience for that particular client. The Art Director will take this knowledge and ensure the creative team supporting these accounts considers all of it in their creative output. The Art Director reviews each deliverable using these standards prior to it being allowed to be presented to the client.
The ideal candidate brings strong art direction instincts, multi‑channel experience, and the ability to identify and close creative gaps across disciplines including digital, video, branding, and advertising.

CHD strategic accounts give us an “A” rating for creative content.
Creative quality is visibly elevated across all client accounts; especially strategic groups/accounts.
Sales and pitch materials become a competitive advantage.
Creative execution is consistent regardless of designer or account.
