
Reconciliation Analyst - MO Ops

Key Responsibilities
Reconcile daily and/or monthly portfolio holdings, market value and reporting activities for Institutional clients.
Perform daily research and clearance of reconciliation items, including trading issues, pay down, term loan, corporate actions, dividend reinvestment, security mapping.
Review and resolve problems for assigned portfolios and communicate with various internal & external departments as needed.
Provide coverage for operational processing activity across other Investment Operations teams during peak periods.
Ensure procedures and controls are followed to prevent errors and delays.
Provide quality service and information to partners/clients.
Provide information and answer questions for audits and risk assessments from external and internal audit and risk functions.
Participate in standardization and continuous improvement initiatives.
Attend huddles, team meetings, trainings and coaching.
Required Qualifications 1‑3 years of relevant experience.
Preferred Qualifications
Ability to work independently as well as collaborate with cross‑functional teams. Good analytical, quantitative & problem‑solving skills and ability to use statistical analysis and modeling.
Basic MS Word/Excel, Outlook knowledge. Knowledge in Accounting & Securities market/Investment products. Knowledge of Investment tools (like Bloomberg), Portfolio management tool (Aladdin) will be an added advantage. Must have good communication skills (written and oral), interpersonal skills and be an effective team player.
Working Environment We are a client‑centric, relationship‑based business. Working together, in‑person, is foundational to how we achieve results. Employees work in the office at least three (3) days per week, with flexibility to work from home two (2) days per week. Some roles may require additional in‑office time or different in‑office expectations; specific requirements will be discussed during the hiring process.
