Principal Product Manager, Sales and Partner Experience
Expedia Group’s partner experience team is building the next generation of tools for suppliers, sales, and account managers to grow partner businesses on Expedia’s Travel Marketplace. The partner tools ecosystem is at a critical inflection point moving from fixed workflows to an agentic AI‑enabled experience.
In this role, you will:
Own sales and account management experiences on Expedia’s partner tools from discovery and journey mapping to launch, adoption, measurement, and deliberate feedback loops.
Ensure the voice of the sales and account manager is heard as we transform our partner tool platform to an AI‑enabled ecosystem.
Work closely with the Sales and Account Management Solutions team to ensure that any integrations with partner tools happen in a scalable way.
Translate feedback from sales and account management into clear product requirements to ensure rapid, iterative delivery from pilot to scaled rollout.
Influence at all levels. Align stakeholders, drive decisions in ambiguity, and communicate clearly with distinct audiences from execs to engineers.
Minimum Qualifications:
8+ years of proven product management experience shipping and scaling B2B products, sales support tools, or internal tools.
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in business, engineering, data science or a related field; or equivalent related professional experience.
Proven track record delivering, and partnering with Sales, account management, customer success, or field enablement and building with Engineering, Design, and Machine Learning Scientists.
Proven experience with ML/AI‑powered products and responsible AI practices.
Experience with B2B SaaS, enterprise or mid‑market sales motions, and/or channel sales.
Preferred Qualifications:
Experience with CRM and sales tooling ecosystems, for example: Allego, Salesforce HubSpot, Dynamics 365, Outreach.
Experience with marketplaces, travel‑tech, or two‑sided platforms.
Experience integrating third‑party software solutions.
Compensation: The total cash range for this position in Seattle is $224,000.00 to $313,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $358,500.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role. The total cash range for this position in Austin is $224,000.00 to $313,500.00. Employees in this role have the potential to increase their pay up to $358,500.00, which is the top of the range, based on ongoing, demonstrated, and sustained performance in the role.
