
Senior Representative - Insurance Resolution

Work Schedule: Ally designates roles as (1) fully on‑site, (2) hybrid, or (3) fully remote. Hybrid roles are generally expected to be in the office a certain number of days per week as indicated by your manager. The Opportunity The Insurance Resolution Senior Rep will be working directly with customers who have suffered a total loss of their vehicle due to an accident or other event. You will assist them as they navigate through the insurance claims process, and will utilize your critical thinking that directly results in dollars lost or recovered for Ally. Additionally, you will be expected to participate and / or lead one of our various internal associate led products to showcase and grow your leadership and problem solving skillset. You will also be responsible for side x side and on the job training of new associates that join the team.
Work Itself
Educate customers on the total loss process and help navigate the total loss process.
Conduct research to provide accurate documentation to insurance and GAP companies
Interact optimally with internal and external clients
Used critical thinking and problem‑solving skills to for a one call resolution
Ability to work a high volume of accounts with a high degree of accuracy
Must thrive in a fast‑paced, busy environment
Ability to proactively collaborate with vendors and other Ally departments
Adhere DPA and idle goals
Minimum Qualifications
Entry level
High school Diploma or GED equivalent
Preferred Qualifications
Collections / Remarketing / Repossessions experience strong preference
Excellent listening, verbal, and written communication skills.
Strong attention to detail and professional phone etiquette.
Excellent written and oral communication skills
Ability to proactively collaborate with vendors and other Ally departments
Ability to work a high volume of accounts with a high degree of accuracy
HS diploma or equivalent required.
Proficiency with Microsoft Windows and internet‑based applications required.

Base Pay Range : $49,920 - $62,732.8 USD. An individual's position in the range is determined by the specific role, the scope and responsibilities of the role, work experience, education, certification(s), training, and additional qualifications. We review internal pay, the competitive market, and business environment prior to extending an offer.
Incentive Compensation: This position is eligible to participate in our annual incentive plan.
