Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for driving sales growth, market share expansion, and long‑term business development across Poland & the Baltics with a strong focus on client satisfaction and lasting partnerships.

You continuously evaluate regional market dynamics, customer expectations, and competitive landscapes to identify opportunities in technically advanced and price‑conscious environments.

You act as the trusted commercial representative of Riedel Communications, building long‑term relationships with end customers, system integrators, and channel partners.

You manage complex and often tender‑driven sales processes, including framework agreements and public procurement requirements common in the Nordic markets.

You lead sales presentations, negotiations, and solution workshops, addressing technically knowledgeable stakeholders with high expectations for quality, reliability, and sustainability.

You coordinate product demonstrations, evaluations, and proof‑of‑concept activities in close collaboration with Technical Services and System Engineering teams.

You proactively manage your sales pipeline, forecasts, and reporting in Salesforce, ensuring transparency across a geographically dispersed territory.

You work closely with internal stakeholders across sales, service, support, and management to deliver a seamless customer experience and successful project execution.

That's You

Team player with the drive to connect the dots with our client, colleagues and industry peers

Bachelor’s degree in industrial engineering, business, technology, or a comparable combination of education and experience

Proven experience in system‑based, consultative sales within broadcast, entertainment, live production, or professional AV markets

Demonstrated success in managing complex sales cycles, ideally including public tenders and multi‑stakeholder decision processes

Strong relationship‑building skills with the ability to earn trust in cultures that value transparency, reliability, and long‑term partnerships

Excellent presentation, communication and negotiation skills, both verbal and written

High level of self‑organization and resilience when managing large, geographically spread territories

Proficiency with Salesforce (or comparable CRM systems) and a collaborative mindset in an international organization

Fluent in English, Polish and understanding of the Baltic languages
