Role Summary

This role is critical to configuring and developing Global Total Rewards and Recognition in our technology ecosystem. Responsible for stakeholder management, business liaisons, understanding business processes and functional requirements, translating those into technical specifications, designing solutions, and developing and maintaining HR applications. Lead and run projects on time, executing smoothly with high quality. Collaborate with business teams, HR Ops teams, SAP SuccessFactors, technical teams, consultants, and IT counterparts for project activities across all geographies. Hands‑on configuration and development; high technical proficiency and a can‑do mindset. Key Responsibilities

Lead project management with offshore development centers, consultants, and software vendors to develop and implement systems in Compensation, Recognition, Stock Awards, and Variable Pay. Drive technologies that enable Compensation in SAP SuccessFactors and Employee Central; contribute to HR technology development in a high‑growth environment. Execute implementation and support of HR systems, leveraging technology to improve overall HR efficiency and business productivity, with a focus on AI and automation. Conduct security and architecture reviews, coordinating with HR Total Rewards and Benefits teams, HR vendors, internal security and architecture teams to facilitate design reviews for new development. Required Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Engineering or Science. 5+ years of relevant experience. In-depth knowledge of SuccessFactors, mainly in Employee Central. Hands‑on configuration and development. Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of HR business processes, with SuccessFactors certification (preferably in Compensation and/or Variable Pay). Experience with Business Rules configuration and exposure to CPI. Flexibility and adaptability to new technologies, strong oral and written communication skills. Strong problem‑solving skills, ability to identify, analyze, and resolve issues, including troubleshooting to find root causes.
