Experience standing up a pharma martech platform across an enterprise or helped to drive evolution of a pharma martech platform across a business

Design solutions within marketing operations, implement solutions, how to make solutions go live – process management and change management

Marketing product= martech platforms. Veeva, taking veeva and scaling across enterprise. Internal product. Expand a demand management product internally and want to expand that product to a different business unit.

Ability to conceptualize martech platforms for the business

Enterprise standpoint to build capabilities that support omnichannel efforts

Has marketing operations – martech, processes of executing omnichannel strategy, centers of excellence, delivery frameworks

Very strong working with leadership and working with stakeholders

Experience with change management and driving change within the organization in a fundamental manner (they rolled out a new drug recently)

DAY TO DAY: Our client is seeking a Martech Solutions Manager to join their client’s team in NJ.

Take a martech platform and scale it across the enterprise. Lead the strategic planning, design, and evolution of enterprise-wide marketing technology (martech) platforms, ensuring alignment with commercial pharmaceutical business objectives.

Oversee the implementation, scaling, and optimization of internal martech products (e.g., Veeva and demand management platforms) across multiple business units, driving adoption and business value.

Partner closely with marketing, commercial, IT, and operations stakeholders to conceptualize and deliver omnichannel capabilities that enhance customer engagement and campaign effectiveness.

Translate business needs into scalable martech solutions by defining requirements, designing workflows, and ensuring seamless integration across systems and platforms.

Manage end-to-end marketing operations processes, including campaign execution frameworks, governance models, and center of excellence structures to support omnichannel delivery.

Drive enterprise change management initiatives related to martech transformation, ensuring smooth adoption of new platforms, processes, and ways of working across teams.

Collaborate with senior leadership to define martech roadmaps, prioritize initiatives, and communicate progress, risks, and impact to key stakeholders.

Lead cross-functional teams in executing platform rollouts, including planning go-live strategies, training users, and ensuring operational readiness.

Continuously assess and improve marketing processes, identifying opportunities to increase efficiency, scalability, and effectiveness of omnichannel strategies.

Support commercial product launches (e.g., new drug rollouts) by enabling marketing teams with the tools, processes, and data needed to execute integrated campaigns.

Act as a subject matter expert in pharma martech and marketing operations, providing guidance on best practices, emerging technologies, and industry trends.
