Partner Success Specialist, AWS Specialist and Partner Organization

Job ID: 10390605 | Amazon Web Services Singapore Private Limited As a Partner Success Specialist (PSS) within the AWS Specialists & Partners (ASP) org, you will be responsible for scaling AWS's customer success methodologies across our partner ecosystem to drive measurable business outcomes and accelerate customer value realization. You will architect and implement frameworks that enable partners to drive and measure customer value post-implementation. This role combines strategic enablement with hands-on execution to establish partners as extensions of AWS's customer success organization. Responsibilities

Strategy and approach: Develop strategies to align partner success initiatives with AWS’ long-term growth objectives Strategy and approach: Design and adapt CS CoE\'s \'Activate to Advocate\' framework for partner implementation Strategy and approach: Create partner-specific success metrics, health scoring models, and value realization playbooks Strategy and approach: Develop governance models and operational excellence guidelines for partners Strategy and approach: Architect scalable approaches to measure and improve partner-led customer outcomes Strategy and approach: Contribute to the AWS Value Realization Toolkit for Partners Partner enablement and program execution: Enable partners to build and scale their customer success practices by helping demonstrate how creating a customer success COE/customer success capabilities positively impacts their business model Partner enablement and program execution: Guide partners through post-sale stages Partner enablement and program execution: Deploy customer health frameworks and intervention strategies through partner channels Partner enablement and program execution: Build adoption, change management and stakeholder engagement toolkits Partner enablement and program execution: Coach partners in establishing systematic approaches to value realization Partner enablement and program execution: Build feedback mechanisms to continuously evolve success frameworks based on partner insights Partner enablement and program execution: Establish mechanisms to measure and track partner-led customer value realization Partner enablement and program execution: Drive partner-led adoption through technical milestones and usage metrics Partner enablement and program execution: Implement value realization frameworks to meet business KPIs Organizational Leadership & Influence: Partner with PDMs to drive adoption of success frameworks across partner organizations Organizational Leadership & Influence: Collaborate with Partner Sales to accelerate consumption through systematic approaches Organizational Leadership & Influence: Work with Partner Development Specialists to create industry-specific success playbooks Organizational Leadership & Influence: Build relationships across AWS organizations to drive program adoption and refinement Organizational Leadership & Influence: Influence senior stakeholders to drive organizational transformation Organizational Leadership & Influence: Develop business cases demonstrating quantifiable business impact and ROI of systematic partner enablement Required Qualifications

Bachelor\'s degree or equivalent, or experience working with partners through account, product or program management and business development engagements Experience managing cross-functional projects and initiatives Experience working across teams and influencing teams that are not your own Proven track record of implementing value realization frameworks at scale Preferred Qualifications

Knowledge of key technology and market trends Knowledge of the software development/engineering lifecycle from conception to delivery Experience implementing AWS/cloud services Experience working with, presenting to and influencing senior executives up to VP level Associate\'s degree or above, or AWS certification, such as, AWS Solutions Architect, or a similar cloud certification Experience working with Global System Integrators or strategic technology partners Deep understanding of cloud services and enterprise digital transformation Track record of building partner capabilities and driving partner-led growth Our inclusive culture empowers Amazonians to deliver the best results for our customers.
