Role: Learning Experience Designer The role focuses on designing, developing, and maintaining external certification and partner education programs, building high‑quality learning content that empowers advertisers, agencies, and partners to effectively use products and tools.

Responsibilities

Design and develop comprehensive learning content across diverse formats including interactive eLearning modules, virtual instructor‑led training, engaging videos, microlearning resources, and practical job aids.

Collaborate closely with subject matter experts and cross‑functional teams to ensure all learning materials are accurate, current, and strategically aligned with learning objectives and business priorities.

Build foundational training materials that articulate the value proposition and offerings of the platform to external partners.

Create tailored, role‑based learning experiences for external audiences, ensuring alignment with their unique learning needs and objectives.

Partner with internal teams, including product communication and strategic alliances, to maintain the accuracy and relevance of external certification content.

Apply advanced instructional design principles and adult learning theories to create clear, engaging, learner‑friendly experiences.

Develop supporting learning tools such as assessments, knowledge checks, guides, infographics, and performance support tools to reinforce key concepts and facilitate retention.

Continuously update and revise existing learning content based on feedback, platform enhancements, and stakeholder input.

Gather essential content from subject matter experts, ensuring precision and integrity of all certification materials.

Integrate feedback from stakeholders and learners to improve content quality and overall experience.

Adhere to established templates, standards, and processes to ensure uniformity and high quality across all materials.

Qualifications

Proven experience in instructional design and content development across multiple modalities (eLearning, virtual instructor‑led training, video, microlearning, job aids).

Strong understanding and application of instructional design fundamentals and adult learning principles.

Ability to create engaging and effective learning experiences, including assessments, knowledge checks, guides, and performance support tools.

Experience collaborating with subject matter experts and cross‑functional teams to gather and ensure content accuracy.

Demonstrated ability to incorporate feedback and iterate content to improve quality and learner experience.

Commitment to following established standards and processes for consistency in learning material development.

The target hiring compensation range is $30.00/hr to $33.00/hr. Compensation is based on several factors including education, relevant work experience, relevant certifications, and location.
