Job Summary Solar Energy World—now a wholly owned Comcast company—is expanding rapidly and looking for hardworking, results-oriented Inside Sales Representatives to support our growing DMV market. This role is designed for individuals who want to prove themselves, master the fundamentals of sales, and earn a clear pathway into Outside Sales. As an Inside Sales Representative, you will be on the front lines of our sales organization, often serving as the first point of contact for potential customers. You will work warm inbound and outbound leads provided by management to qualify prospects, overcome objections, and set high-quality appointments for our Outside Sales team. This is a performance-driven role with a base salary plus commission, monthly bonuses, and strong upward mobility for top performers.

Core Responsibilities

Call and follow up with warm leads provided by management

Qualify homeowners and confirm sales‑ready appointments

Manage and work an active pipeline of new and existing leads

Consistently meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly KPIs

Maintain detailed and accurate CRM records

Represent Solar Energy World with professionalism, confidence, and enthusiasm

Occasionally support outside marketing and sales events, such as home shows, workshops, and community events, to help generate leads and gain exposure to in‑person sales opportunities

Compensation & Incentives

Base salary + uncapped commission

Commissions paid on both appointments set and deals sold

Monthly bonuses for hitting or exceeding performance goals

Clear, merit‑based pathway into Outside Sales for high performers

Work Schedule Expectations This is not a 9–5 role.

Evening and weekend availability is required, as this is when homeowners are most responsive

Daytime hours will also be scheduled during the week

Event participation may include evenings or weekends

Top performers embrace flexible hours to maximize earnings and results

Required Qualifications

Strong work ethic and willingness to grind

Comfortable handling objections and staying persistent

Reliable transportation

Salary Primary Location Pay Range: $20.43 - $30.64

Comcast intends to offer the selected candidate base pay within this range, dependent on job‑related, non‑discriminatory factors such as experience. The application window is 30 days from the date job is posted, unless the number of applicants requires it to close sooner or later.
