Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Territory Sales Manager located in North Texas. The Territory Sales Manager will oversee sales within the assigned region, build and maintain strong customer relationships, and ensure effective customer service. Responsibilities include managing accounts, identifying growth opportunities, and providing training to our partners. Partial remote work is permitted alongside on-site responsibilities. Qualifications

Strong skills in Communication, including the ability to interact clearly and effectively with clients and team members Proficiency in Sales and Sales Management, with a track record of achieving or exceeding targets Customer Service expertise, ensuring a positive and seamless customer experience Experience in providing Training to enhance the knowledge and skills of team members or partners Self-motivated, with the ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid environment Familiarity with the window treatment or home improvement industry is a plus Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field is preferred
