Social Media Manager / Fulfilment Operative

We’re looking for a highly driven, entrepreneurial individual to join a sister company to
Epic Genetics . This is a unique hybrid role combining
social media management
and
US fulfilment operations .
The Role You’ll be working directly with Tony Pemberton
(Founder of Epic Genetics & host of The Enhanced Man YouTube channel focused on longevity), helping to scale both brand presence and operational delivery in the US.
Key Responsibilities
Manage and grow social media channels (Instagram, YouTube, etc.)
Create, schedule, and optimise engaging content
Handle US-based fulfilment operations (orders, logistics, coordination)
Work closely with the founder and marketing manager on marketing strategy and execution
Help build systems to scale the business efficiently
$25/hour
20% equity in the business
(long-term growth aligned)
New York - United States (required for fulfilment operations)
