Account Manager – Semiconductor
Working Location: Novi, MI or Schaumberg, IL
Working Model: Hybrid
Salary: $100K–$133K + bonus
This role combines account management, product sales, and demand creation within the semiconductor industry.
You’ll drive revenue growth, manage key customer relationships, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop new business opportunities and ensure customer satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities
Own revenue, profit targets, and forecasting for assigned accounts
Manage customer relationships, pricing, contracts, and day-to-day business decisions
Drive demand creation by promoting products aligned with customer needs
Identify and develop new opportunities tied to customer programs
Coordinate with internal teams (FAE, Inside Sales, Finance, Quality) to resolve issues and support growth
Proactively address quality, cost, delivery, and supply challenges
Qualifications
3–5+ years in semiconductor industry (automotive experience preferred)
Strong understanding of distributor-based sales models
Ability to manage multiple stakeholders and drive business outcomes
Bachelor’s degree in Business or related field

Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
Ability to evaluate trade-offs across revenue, risk, and long-term growth
High level of ownership, initiative, and cross-functional collaboration
