Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Real Estate Agent, located in Richmond, VA, with flexibility for some work-from-home tasks. The Real Estate Agent will assist clients in buying and selling properties, develop marketing strategies, conduct property evaluations, negotiate deals, and provide excellent client service. Additional responsibilities include staying informed of local market trends, guiding clients through the real estate process, and maintaining adherence to regulatory standards.
Qualifications
Experience in Real Estate and Real Property transactions
Strong expertise in Sales and negotiation tactics
Exceptional Customer Service skills and client relationship management
Familiarity with Richmond’s market and historic neighborhoods is a plus
Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills
Proven ability to work independently and meet sales targets
Proficient in using technology, including CRM systems and virtual marketing tools
