Sr ISC Project Management Specialist
Reports directly to the Project Management Director and will be based in Phoenix, AZ on a Hybrid work schedule.
This role will transform the organization’s supply chain landscape, driving heightened operational efficiency, streamlined processes, and cost optimization through strategic oversight and execution of end‑to‑end projects.
Key Responsibilities
Align supply chain projects with the overall organizational strategy, ensuring project objectives contribute to broader business goals.
Lead and manage end‑to‑end supply chain projects, overseeing planning, execution, and monitoring phases.
Proactively identify and assess potential risks in supply chain projects, developing mitigation strategies to safeguard against disruptions and delays.
Qualifications
6+ years of experience in supply chain project management.
Strong knowledge of procurement, planning, logistics, and inventory management.
Excellent analytical, problem‑solving, and decision‑making skills.
Proficiency in project management tools and methodologies.
Desired Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Proven track record of successfully leading and delivering complex supply chain projects.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to convey complex information clearly.
