
Director, Client Delivery

The Role
We are looking for a Director, Client Delivery to own the client relationship from contract signature through go-live — and to be the person our US clients trust most during that process. This is a senior director-level role with real commercial weight: you will be the face of Cardo AI for our most strategic US accounts, working directly with C-suite and investment leadership at banks, asset managers, and alternative lenders.
You will report to the VP of Client Solutions and work alongside the Client Solutions Architect to deliver onboardings that set the standard for the industry. This is not a coordination role. We need someone who understands ABS structures and loan waterfalls well enough to hold a substantive conversation with a CFO, and who can translate that understanding into delivery outcomes that make clients want to expand.
The US market is our highest-growth priority. You will help us build the delivery muscle to scale it.
What You Will Do
Own the client relationship from contract signature through go-live — primary point of contact for our most strategic US accounts
Drive onboarding timelines, milestones, and deliverables across multiple simultaneous client engagements
Manage scope in real time — identify creep early, route commercial requests to Sales immediately, and protect the Integrations team from negotiation
Collaborate with the Client Solutions Architect at defined onboarding milestones: kickoff, first data review, and go-live sign-off
Translate complex client requirements into clear delivery briefs for the Integrations team
Feed intelligence back into the organisation — keeping Sales, Product, and Integrations informed of what you learn on the ground
Identify expansion and upsell signals during onboarding and pass them to Sales with full context
Represent Cardo AI at senior client meetings, industry events, and strategic reviews
Contribute to the delivery playbook, onboarding standards, and processes that will scale with the US business
What You Bring
8+ years in senior client-facing delivery, implementation leadership, or client success in fintech, SaaS, data platforms, or fund administration
Deep, working knowledge of structured finance: ABS structures, securitizations, loan tapes, cash flow waterfalls, credit agreements — you can hold your own in a room with a structured credit professional
Proven track record owning complex technical onboardings with C-suite and VP-level stakeholders at US institutional clients — banks, asset managers, trustees, or alternative lenders
Executive presence: you communicate with authority, manage difficult conversations with composure, and build lasting trust with senior counterparts
Strong operational instinct — you impose structure, hold teams accountable, and make sure nothing falls through the cracks across concurrent onboardings
High ownership mindset: you define what good looks like, align the people to get there, and take personal accountability for the outcome
Nice-to-have: familiarity with data onboarding concepts (field mapping, transformation logic, reconciliation); SQL or data tooling experience; prior experience at a high-growth scale-up; existing network in US private credit or ABF.
