About the Role Thomson Power Systems (TPS), a Regal Rexnord company, is seeking a highly driven Sales Engineer to lead growth within our Infrastructure vertical across the United States. This is a hands‑on, strategic role focused on expanding TPS's presence in critical infrastructure markets by selling switchgear, automatic transfer switches (ATS), modular power solutions, and engineered‑to‑order power management systems.
You will be responsible for developing the go‑to‑market strategy, building channel partnerships, and driving long‑lead, high‑value opportunities within sectors such as hospitals, healthcare networks, educational institutions, municipal facilities, water/wastewater plants, airports, and other public‑sector environments. Supported by a streamlined internal structure including dedicated estimating, project management, and service teams, you’ll be empowered to focus on building relationships, winning business, and growing the TPS brand.
Key Responsibilities
Independently develop and grow your vertical across the United States.
Lead the creation and execution of a comprehensive go‑to‑market plan with support from the commercial leadership team.

Deliver integrated product and service solutions that foster continuous lifecycle relationships with end users, integrators, and contractors.
Establish Thomson Power Systems’ brand presence in your vertical.
Build and maintain key stakeholder relationships while expanding direct customer base.
Exemplify Regal Rexnord's values and conduct business in accordance with the company's vision, mission, initiatives, and policies.
Required Education, Experience and Skills
5+ years of successful outside sales experience.
Proven track record of developing and executing strategic sales initiatives that delivered significant revenue and margin growth.
Willingness to travel regularly to customer sites (up to 50% travel time) within your region.
Authorization to work in the U.S. without company sponsorship.
Valid driver’s license.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience in the Power Management industry/Infrastructure vertical.
Bachelor's degree in Business, Electrical Engineering, or Power Engineering.
Proficiency with Salesforce CRM.
Demonstrated ability to be hands‑on, resourceful, and results‑oriented with a continuous improvement mindset.
Reputation among peers as ambitious, energetic, self‑sufficient, and highly motivated.
Exceptional sales abilities with strong closing skills.
Customer‑focused approach with a commitment to ensuring customer success.
Excellent presentation and communication skills.
Ability to build value‑based relationships at all levels within customer organizations and Regal Rexnord.
Compensation Package
Target Salary Range: $120k – $150k per year.
Target Bonus: 30%.
