Description As a Product Owner I, you will play a key role in supporting the delivery of secure, reliable, and high-performing collaboration and end‑user computing platforms that power how our teams work every day. In this entry‑level role, you will partner closely with engineering, infrastructure, and business stakeholders to translate technical and operational needs into clear, actionable backlog items that drive value.
You will help refine user stories, maintain a ready backlog, and participate in agile ceremonies while gaining hands‑on experience with platforms such as Microsoft 365, Teams, Exchange Online, Azure Virtual Desktop, and endpoint management tools like Intune. You’ll balance competing priorities across production support, maintenance, and enhancements, while ensuring alignment to business objectives, user productivity, and platform stability.
This role is designed for someone building their product ownership capabilities—you’ll operate with guidance while developing your ability to independently prioritize work, communicate effectively with stakeholders, and contribute to continuous improvement efforts across collaboration and infrastructure platforms.
Qualifications Education : Bachelor’s or Associate’s degree in Information Technology, Business, or a related field is required, or equivalent experience.
Minimum of 1 year of experience in Product Ownership, Business Analysis, or a related role.
Foundational knowledge of Microsoft 365 tools and collaboration platforms.
General understanding of cloud and enterprise infrastructure environments.
Ability to translate technical concepts into clear, actionable requirements.
Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills.
Must be presently authorized to work in the U.S. without needing sponsorship.
This position allows for a hybrid work schedule which includes a minimum of 3 days per week in our St. Louis Corporate Office, located at 1832 Schuetz Rd., Saint Louis, MO.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience working in an Agile environment; familiarity with SAFe is a plus.
Exposure to Microsoft Entra ID, Exchange Online, Microsoft Teams, Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), or Microsoft Intune.
Experience supporting backlog refinement, sprint planning, or user story development.
Understanding of identity, access, and endpoint management concepts.
Demonstrated ability to prioritize work in a fast‑paced, collaborative environment.
Salary The target base salary range for this position is $66,500 to $86,000. Compensation will consider the candidate’s particular combination of knowledge, skills, competencies, experience, and geographic location.
