About the role
As a VP of Channel Partnerships and Alliances you will be responsible for creating and executing the company’s Channel Partnerships and Alliances Sales strategy that will drive growth and expand market share within the cybersecurity sector. You are a hands‑on leader who will recruit, enable, and manage Channel Partnerships and Alliances to ensure alignment with company sales goals, identifying opportunities, executing marketing strategies, and driving revenue through these relationships. What you’ll do
Create and develop the Channel Partnerships and Alliances Strategy to identify and recruit high‑performing technology partners, including VARs, System Integrators, MSSPs, and technology alliance partners. Lead and manage the overall strategy and execution for Channel Partnerships and Alliances, ensuring alignment with Analyst1’s growth objectives. Collaborate with internal sales leadership to drive sales opportunities, coordinate sales enablement activities and joint marketing initiatives. Build and maintain relationships with key executives and leaders within the channel partner ecosystem to ensure long‑term successful collaborations. Oversee tracking and analysis of partner performance, conduct regular reviews, and adjust strategies as needed to achieve targets. Serve as primary point of contact for high‑level escalations, negotiate contracts, and represent Analyst1 at industry events. Collaborate with cross‑functional teams—product, engineering, sales, and marketing—to define partnership goals and objectives. Support initiatives to promote joint marketing activities, co‑selling opportunities, and customer success initiatives with partners. What you’ll bring
10+ years of experience developing channel partners, resellers, and technology alliances, and business development, with a proven track record of managing and scaling cybersecurity relationships. Demonstrated success in exceeding sales and partnership targets, with a focus on long‑term growth and sustainability. Proven experience managing large, complex partner ecosystems (VARs, MSSPs, System Integrators, technology alliances, and/or OEM relationships). Proven ability to collaborate cross‑functionally and drive results in a fast‑paced, dynamic environment. Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills, with the ability to interact effectively with cross‑functional teams. Strategic thinker with a results‑oriented mindset, capable of driving initiatives from ideation to execution. Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, dynamic, start‑up environment and manage multiple priorities effectively. BA/BS or equivalent combination of education and experience. Bonus if you have
Previous experience in the Threat Intelligence and/or Threat Intelligence Platform (TIP) industry. Proven track record of partnership building and revenue generation in a B2B environment. Experience managing teams or departments within a multi‑regional or global setting. This is a Base + Commission incentivized compensation. US base salary range for this full‑time position starts at $150k. Analyst1 salary ranges are determined by role and level. The range displayed on each job posting reflects the minimum and maximum target for new hire salaries for the position across all US locations and could be higher or lower based on a multitude of factors, including job‑related skills, experience, location and relevant education or training.
