Financial Services Marketing and Event Coordinator

What you’ll do:
Manage and maintain our CRM (MadeMarket): contacts, segmentation, data accuracy Create and schedule LinkedIn content that builds Ravinia’s brand Design marketing materials in Canva: presentations, firm overviews, outreach templates Coordinate email outreach campaigns and track engagement Support event planning and conference logistics Conduct competitor research and market benchmarking Assist with general administrative tasks as needed Help build scalable marketing processes for a growing firm Who we’re looking for:
Organized, detail-oriented, and reliable: you keep things running Strong writer with a feel for professional tone and brand voice Graduate-level in Marketing, Communications, or related field preferred Experience with CRM systems, LinkedIn, Canva, and Microsoft Office Comfortable with AI tools (Claude experience? Big plus) Interest in financial services marketing and event coordination Self-starter who takes ownership and doesn’t need constant direction Chicago area preferred, but remote considered for the right candidate What’s in it for you:
