8:30am - 5:00pm, Monday through Friday
What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)
Drive new business through lead generation, appointments, and sales calls
Expand and strengthen client relationships to grow existing accounts
Maintain and manage a dynamic client database
Deliver staffing solutions across Office, Industrial, Technical, and Professional sectors
Own territory coverage and execute outside sales prospecting
What We’re Looking For
Professional presence with strong communication, presentation, and closing skills
2+ years of experience in sales or client development preferred
Proven track record of generating leads and closing new business
Skilled in appointment setting and meeting management
Ability to work independently and collaboratively
Comfortable engaging with small and large companies in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
Commission incentives based on the gross profit generated
