Compensation Base pay range: $104,500 – $174,200, with incentive target up to 20% based on individual and company performance objectives.

Position Details The Senior Manager, Sales Coordinators & Proposals manages the National Sales Coordinator and the proposal functions through supervisors and managers by establishing operating priorities, performance expectations, and standardized service models aligned to sales support requirements. Ensures consistent execution of activities through defined processes, performance management systems, support seller productivity, contract compliance, and customer outcomes. This is a hybrid position that is onsite in Lake Forest 2 days a week with travel to Janesville, WI once a month.

You Will

Set operational and strategic direction for the National Sales Coordinators and the Proposals team by defining scope, performance targets, and adhere to service level agreements with sales stakeholders to ensure consistent support and demand alignment.

Manage supervisors and managers through established performance management processes, workforce planning routines, and policy application to ensure consistent execution and compliance.

Apply continuous improvement methods to evaluate and adjust processes using data analysis and controlled change execution to improve speed and quality. Lead strategic initiatives to improve the effectiveness of the team.

Oversee daily and medium‑term operational performance using capacity models, workload forecasts, and productivity reporting to balance cost, service levels, and cycle time.

Establish and maintain standardized workflows, procedures, and controls using documented process artifacts and system‑enabled tools to reduce variation and increase quality.

Monitor functional performance using defined metrics, dashboards, and exception reporting to identify gaps, elevate risks, and prioritize corrective actions.

Coordinate cross‑functional requirements with Contracts team, Sales, Finance, and Sales Support through structured intake, prioritization, and escalation processes to ensure operational alignment.

You Have

Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

7+ years of experience in customer operations, or service environments

Experience leading strategic initiatives involving cross‑functional teams

Experience managing multi‑layer operational teams using performance management systems, workforce planning methods, and established policy frameworks.

Experience designing and governing service models through documented processes, service level agreements, and performance metrics.

Experience integrating cross‑functional requirements through structured intake, prioritization, and escalation mechanisms.
