ProspectBlue is partnering with a leader in construction engineering to find an experienced, detail-oriented
Proposal Manager . This role will lead the development of high-quality, compliant proposals across a growing pipeline of federal, state, local, and private-sector projects. What you’ll do:
Manage schedules, outlines, and review cycles Collaborate with SMEs, project teams, and subcontractors Write, edit, and refine compelling, client-focused content Oversee formatting, QA/QC, and version control Serve as the go-to for proposal coordination across teams Drive process improvements and support team growth What we’re looking for:
7+ years of proposal experience (AEC or federal contracting preferred) Experience leading complex, multi-volume federal proposals Strong understanding of government contracting processes Excellent writing, editing, and organizational skills Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment Nice to have:
AEC industry background Experience with SharePoint, OneDrive, InDesign, InCopy, or Expedience Mentoring or process improvement experience
