Contract Technical Recruiter – Cruise Line Industry Location: In‑office Mon–Thu | Remote Fridays

Hours: 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Industry: Cruise Line / Travel & Hospitality

This is a high‑impact contract recruiting role supporting the corporate IT organization of a major cruise line company headquartered in Florida. The cruise line industry is one of the fastest‑growing sectors in the state, offering long‑term career visibility and future opportunities across technology, digital transformation, and enterprise operations.

Recruiters who succeed in this role gain exposure to complex, enterprise‑level hiring within a globally recognized industry—opening doors to future contract extensions, full‑time corporate TA roles, or continued growth in Florida’s expanding travel and hospitality market.

Responsibilities

Manage full‑cycle recruiting for corporate IT and product roles

Partner with hiring managers as a trusted talent advisor

Source and screen active and passive technical candidates

Conduct behavioral and technical interviews

Coordinate interviews, offers, and candidate communications

Collaborate with HR, Compensation, and HRIS teams

Ensure a strong candidate experience from first contact to start date

Qualifications

3+ years of corporate or agency recruiting experience

Experience recruiting technical and IT roles

Strong sourcing and stakeholder management skills

ATS experience (PeopleSoft preferred)

This is a Contract position based out of Miami, FL.

Pay and Benefits Pay range: $40.86 - $46.50/hr.
