Productivity Partners has an outstanding opportunity for an Account Manager who will partner with clients across Western PA/Eastern OH to expand access to impactful non‑clinical services—EAP Services, Professional Training, Leadership Coaching, and Organizational Consulting. Account Strategy & Growth Planning
Develop and execute growth strategies for assigned accounts to increase revenue and expand services. Drive service line expansion within key client segments (e.g., schools, manufacturing, social service agencies, healthcare agencies, hospitals, service industries, unions). Support growth into new markets (e.g., Central OH, Central PA, Eastern PA, Northern WV). Maintain a deep understanding of client goals, challenges, and relevant industry trends. Build and run an ongoing marketing strategy for your assigned territory. Relationship Management
Build and nurture relationships with key stakeholders and decision‑makers within client organizations. Serve as a trusted advisor, aligning client needs with the right mix of services. Coordinate speaking engagements and events that elevate our mission and expand our reach. Revenue Growth & Client Value
Identify upsell and cross‑sell opportunities within existing accounts. Partner with Productivity Partners teammates and GRC support departments to shape tailored solutions that drive client success. Performance Monitoring & Reporting
Track account performance and key metrics to proactively address risks and unlock opportunities. Prepare regular reporting and forecasts on account growth and revenue targets. Customer Advocacy & Community Presence
Represent the voice of the customer internally—sharing insights that improve services and strengthen outcomes. Support outreach activities at health fairs and other promotional events as needed. Requirements
What You’ll Bring to Productivity Partners
Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred. At least 2 years of experience in Human Resources, Sales/Marketing, and/or Behavioral Health required. Human Resource Professional, Licensed Social Worker, or Professional Counselor preferred. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship‑building skills. Additional Requirements
Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record. Experience in mission‑based or non‑profit organizations is preferred. Strong time‑management and ability to coordinate multiple initiatives. Proven track record of achieving revenue targets and expanding accounts. Ability to analyze data and translate insights into action. Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot, Mondays) and account planning methodologies. Work Conditions
Flexible hybrid work schedule. Travel to Western PA/Eastern OH region. Meet with organizational partners virtually and in person.
