Stellar Living is seeking a driven, detail-oriented Capital Markets & Investor Relations individual to join our Acquisitions team. You will support the team across investor relations, fund operations, financial analysis, and deal execution, working alongside experienced professionals.
This position is based in Utah only.
Financial Analytics & Deal Support
Assist senior team members with underwriting and financial model inputs Support due diligence processes, including document collection, review, and organization Contribute to market studies and comp analysis for active deals Learn to review and interpret rent rolls, P&L statements, and deal models Investor Relations Support
Assist in preparing fund pitch materials, pitch decks, and investor presentations Support investor meetings, including scheduling, prep materials, and follow-up Help manage the investor CRM – keeping contacts, commitments, and communications current Coordinate capital calls, K-1 distributions, and quarterly investor reports Build and maintain data rooms for active deals and fundraising processes Support investor experience events and LP engagement initiatives Assist with post-transaction reconciliation and EPJV return tracking Help coordinate SEC filing and compliance timelines with outside counsel Draft press releases and external communications under senior guidance Required Qualifications
Utah resident Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Business, Economics, or related field Al competency & regular usage Strong academic performance and genuine interest in real estate investment Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills Strong written and verbal communication – comfortable in professional settings Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint Eagerness to learn, get feedback, and grow quickly in a fast‑paced environment Preferred Qualifications
Internship or coursework in real estate, finance, or investment management Exposure to CRM tools, financial modeling, or real estate underwriting Familiarity with real estate fund structures or private equity concepts What We Offer
