About the Role Location: Houston, San Antonio, Dallas, or Fort Worth (Hybrid / Field-Based)
National LED, LLC is seeking a driven Commercial Sales Representative to help grow our presence across key commercial markets in Texas. This is an outside sales role focused on building and expanding a book of business through new customer acquisition and long-term relationship management.
This role is ideal for a hunter who enjoys owning their territory, working directly with customers, and selling solutions in a commercial, construction, or facilities-driven environment.
Qualifications
5 to 12 years of progressive sales experience, with a strong emphasis on outside or field-based sales
Proven ability to build and grow a book of business from the ground up
Demonstrated success managing the full sales cycle, from prospecting through close
Experience selling into commercial environments, with comfort navigating multiple stakeholders
Strong relationship-building skills with customers, partners, and decision-makers
Self-motivated, results-driven seller who thrives in an autonomous, territory-based role
Background in commercial sales within industries such as warehouses, industrial facilities, or large-scale commercial properties
Experience selling to property managers, owners, or facilities teams
Exposure to construction-related sales, including working with contractors, developers, or project-based sales cycles
Prior experience in the lighting and/or electrical industry is a significant plus
Familiarity with technical or consultative selling environments where product knowledge matters
Ability to identify new market opportunities and expand presence within an assigned territory
Comfortable balancing hunting for new business with expanding existing accounts
Experience collaborating with internal teams to support complex or longer sales cycles
