POSITION SUMMARY The Creative Content Strategist will lead the ideation and creative development for brand campaigns, social videos, partnerships, and events. This is not a posting/scheduling role—this role is for someone who can think creatively, write scripts, develop concepts, and bring brand moments to life.
You will collaborate with our marketing coordinator and offshore editing team, providing the creative direction and narrative structure they execute against. Your superpower is turning raw ideas into scroll-stopping concepts with a clear voice, emotional resonance, and cultural relevance.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES Creative Development
Brainstorm, conceptualize, and pitch fresh social media content ideas weekly (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube Shorts)
Write scripts, hooks, captions, and storyline frameworks for branded videos
Develop campaign themes for partnerships, promotions, events, and seasonal activations
Ensure brand tone and messaging align with U.S. consumer tastes, humor, and cultural trends
Content Direction
Create shot lists, storyboards, and visual references for in-clinic and on-location filming
Work with videographers, agency partners, and internal teams to guide creative execution
Identify viral opportunities, trending sounds, memes, and aesthetic directions

Craft messaging that elevates brand perception and drives demand
Maintain consistency across platforms, campaigns, and brand touchpoints
Creative Research & Strategy
Monitor competitor marketing, cultural moments, and digital trends in beauty, wellness, and lifestyle industries
Suggest new creative formats, community events, and collaborations that fit our brand DNA
Use insights to refine concepts that convert viewers into patients/customers
REQUIRED SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS
Proven experience developing creative concepts for social-first brands (beauty, health, fitness, wellness, or lifestyle strongly preferred)
Strong scriptwriting ability for short-form content
Deep familiarity with U.S. pop culture, social trends, and audience psychology
High creative taste level—can identify what “looks premium” vs. generic
Ability to articulate ideas visually (not just write about them)
Comfortable giving direction to editors, designers, and content creators
Portfolio of past creative concepts, videos, campaigns, or scripts required
Nice to Have (Not Required)
Experience with AI creative tools (Runway, Sora 2, Midjourney, ElevenLabs)

Has ideas all day long
Understands aesthetics, emotions, and cultural nuance
Can turn a routine clinic service into a story worth watching
Loves creating content that feels modern, witty, high-end, and human
