Partner Marketing Specialist
Traction Ag, Auburn, IN, United States
About Us
TractionAg helps farmers gain traction by simplifying the business of farming through intuitive, cloud‑based software. We partner closely with ag‑retailers, cooperatives, and distributors to extend our impact across the ag value chain, and we’re looking for a Partner Marketing Specialist to help bring those partnerships to life.
Role Overview This is a hands‑on partner marketing role focused on executing co‑marketing campaigns, enabling partners with the right content, and showing up in‑market. You’ll work across Marketing and Partnerships to bring our partner strategy to life at events, trade shows, and in the field.
What You’ll Do
Execute co‑branded campaigns with ag retail and channel partners
Turn partner strategy into clear, effective marketing execution
Build and maintain partner enablement content (collateral, decks, training materials)
Plan and run webinars, trade shows, and partner events, including on‑site execution
Own booth logistics: setup, swag, signage, and teardown
Track performance: campaign engagement, event ROI, and partner‑sourced pipeline
Act as the day‑to‑day connector between Marketing and Partnerships
Travel Expectations (Important) This role requires frequent travel (20–30%), with heavier travel during peak seasons. You’ll be on‑site at trade shows, partner events, and in‑market activations, not just planning them.
You’ll Be Great at This If You
Understand ag retailers, co‑ops, or distributors (or can learn quickly)
Are highly organized and can juggle multiple moving pieces
Like blending creative work with execution and logistics
Are comfortable working with external partners and internal teams
Actually enjoy being on the road and executing events in person
What Success Looks Like
Consistent partner‑driven pipeline from co‑marketing efforts
Partners feel enabled and aligned with TractionAg messaging
Events are well‑run, on‑brand, and worth the investment
Clear, actionable reporting on what’s working
What We’re Looking For
3+ years in B2B, partner, or field/event marketing
Experience supporting trade shows or live events (booth management a plus)
Strong communication and organizational skills
Proven ability to travel regularly (20–30%) and be on‑site for multi‑day events
Ag, ag‑retail, or SaaS experience is a plus
What We Offer
Remote‑first environment
Flexible schedule
Health, dental, vision, and life insurance
401(k) with company match
Unlimited PTO + paid holidays
