Farrow and Ball – Retail Property Lead, Brooklyn, New York
(role known in business as Retail Property Lead)
We are currently looking for an experienced individual to join our retail property team in New York as a Retail Property Lead. We are offering this position on a full-time, permanent basis, Monday - Friday.

What we expect from you as a Retail Property Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Quality control through all retail property projects through works management, snagging and budgetary control. Oversee the global Amazon & Lyreco Showroom accounts. Deputise for the Property Lead – U.K & E.U & Retail Property Co-Ordinator N.A based in the U.K in times of absence. Assist the Property Manager & Retail Marketing team in managing all N.A based activities relating to new showroom openings, refits and updates to ensure budgets and timelines are met. Assist the Property Manager with lease discussions and landlord communications. Efficiently communicate with the Property Manager & Retail Marketing Lead in all project updates. Manage documentation around key property projects & leases to ensure clear responsibility matrix and global consistency. Work closely with the Health & Safety team to co-ordinate, document and drive all H&S actions and reporting for the N.A market within the Property Team. Represent Retail Property with key business projects in N.A. Work with the Property Manager to ensure that all Showrooms operate as efficiently as possible in line with current optimisation procedures. Support all Showroom maintenance and refurbishment work, to include liaison with 3rd party suppliers, communications, invoice tracking and business reporting in the absence of the Retail Property Co-Ordinator N.A. Manage monthly meetings with major N.A property stakeholders Support Retail Property Co-Ordinator N.A with the smooth day to day running of administration, budget delivery, contacts management and internal communications for the N.A market. Administration and control using Capex process and IFS ERP system. Key Attributes
Ability to collaborate cross functionally across the business Communicate and influence stakeholders to deliver key initiatives Project management Experience • Experience of Property Co-ordinator role Experience in an operations or business support role Proven organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines Ability to flag risks and mitigate with actions Ability to work under pressure and prioritise Excellent communication skills both written and verbal Advanced I.T. competencies to include Excel, Word, PowerPoint & Teams. Use of other business systems including a CRM system and a knowledge of databases a distinct advantage Ability to work both as part of a team and independently Understanding and experience of retail operations and processes Health & Safety training an advantage Experience of working with Commercial Property an advantage What you can expect from us
