We’re looking for a highly organized, proactive, and relationship-driven Partnerships Assistant to support the growth of Farrow & Ball’s partnerships and influencer marketing in the US. This role will report into the PR & Partnerships Manager, North America, and play a key part in the day-to-day execution of our influencer and partnerships program — helping to nurture our creative community, increase the volume and quality of partnerships, and build a strong, consistent pipeline of US-generated content and brand assets. You’ll work closely with internationally based internal teams across Marketing, Brand, Retail, and PR, as well as external partners including tastemakers, content creators, and brand collaborators. The role is ideal for someone highly organized, detail-oriented, and excited by relationship management, content, and the commercial impact of partnerships. What we expect from you as a Partnerships Assistant

Key Responsibilities:

Support the day-to-day management and routine communications of Farrow & Ball’s US influencer and partner community, to grow the scale, diversity, and quality of always-on and campaign partnerships. Support the coordination of influencer campaigns including product seeding, order facilitation, tracking, and timelines. Help manage the incoming content pipeline, ensuring assets are received, organized, rights-tracked, and shared cross-functionally to support owned channels, retail needs, and campaign priorities. Lead partner audits and landscape reviews to assess partner performance, category opportunities, and brand-rightness, helping inform future outreach and strategy. Support forecasting and planning by maintaining accurate records of retail partnerships volume, outputs, and resourcing needs. Work cross-functionally with Marketing, Brand, Retail, and PR teams to support go-to-market execution for brand partnerships, including launches, events, and campaigns. Support the development and optimization of processes, templates, and toolkits for influencer and partnerships management. Collaborate on campaign and program reporting to help track performance, impact, and return on investment across influencer and partnerships activity. Key Attributes:

1-2 years of experience in influencer marketing, social media, PR, partnerships, or a related marketing function Strong understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, Pinterest, Substack) and creator landscape, with an ability to identify emerging talent and assess brand alignment Experience managing or coordinating content workflows, from tracking deliverables to organizing assets and ensuring deadlines are met. Comfort working with analytics tools (e.g., platform insights, influencer/affiliate platforms, performance dashboards) to support reporting, tracking KPIs, and surfacing insights Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to represent the Farrow & Ball brand voice professionally and consistently Highly organized with strong project management ability, capable of juggling multiple partnerships, product orders, and stakeholder needs at once Proficiency in Microsoft Office Strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy across briefs, contracts, tracking documents, and reporting Creative eye and interest in premium design, interiors, and luxury verticals Ability to work autonomously, taking initiative and moving work forward in a fast-paced, evolving environment What you can expect from us:
