
Associate Interior Designer

The Associate Interior Designer will work with the design team within Corporate Advisory & Solutions on all aspects of interior construction projects from conception to completion within a multi-site medical office building portfolio.
Responsibilities
Perform site survey of existing conditions and field measurements
Produce space plans, pricing plans, design development packages and construction documents
Attend construction progress meetings
Review contractor submittals and RFI’s during construction
Prepare internal and external reports pertaining to job status
Handle multiple tasks while remaining detail oriented and delivering results within given timelines
Communicate well with clients and team members
Education and Experience
Professional Degree from an accredited Interior Design or Architecture program
2+ years of professional experience in commercial or healthcare tenant development environment
Strong oral and written communication skills
Proficiency in AutoCAD
Ability to multi-task with flexibility to change gears quickly
Self-sufficient, yet able to function as part of a team
Possess and apply knowledge of basic TAS/ADA state codes and local building codes
Physical Demands
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk, hear, walk, sit, and use hands to operate computer keyboard and telephone.
The employee is occasionally required to reach with hands and arms; climb or balance; and stoop, kneel or crouch.
The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 25 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 50 pounds.
Work Environment Office environment with some extended hours and frequent travel throughout Dallas-Ft. Worth metroplex area required.
Pay Range $55,000 - $65,000 USD
