
Sr Associate, Global Franchise Marketing - Mattel Masterbrand

The Sr. Associate, Global Franchise Marketing – Mattel Masterbrand will support franchise strategy, initiatives, and campaigns for the umbrella brand of an iconic IP portfolio that includes Barbie, Hot Wheels, Fisher Price, and Uno. Reporting to the Senior Marketing Manager, this role will lead franchise deliverables, facilitate cross‑functional workstreams, and support the execution of high‑visibility brand initiatives across the portfolio.
Job Responsibilities
Lead day-to-day coordination with partners in Toy, Digital Gaming, Consumer Products, Live Experiences, Publishing, TV & Film, and Strategic Partnerships.
Maintain franchise calendars, milestones, and project trackers to ensure disciplined execution.
Support the creation of global franchise pitch materials, including franchise decks, one-sheets, and selling tools for internal and external partner presentations.
Support the creation of multi-year franchise strategies and marketing plans.
Collaborate with retail development and commercial teams to create omnichannel programs and activations.
Gather and synthesize performance data from campaigns and activations.
Qualifications
2+ years experience in brand marketing (on brand or agency side), franchise management/marketing, content marketing, or purpose-driven strategy/marketing.
Project management: Highly organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple workstreams simultaneously.
Collaborative: Ability to build strong cross-functional relationships to deliver results together.
Communication skills: Excellent at storytelling, presentations, and influencing partners across different verticals.
Strong PowerPoint creation and presentation skills, proficiency in Outlook, Word and Excel.
Compensation: USD 88,800 - USD 111,000 yearly. The pay range is indicative of the projected hiring range; base pay will be determined based on a candidate’s work location, skills, and experience.
