Marketing Advertising Group Director As a Marketing Advertising Group Director, you will shape and lead enterprise-level advertising, creative, and media strategies that fuel brand growth, deepen customer connections, and drive measurable business results.

Responsibilities

Define and lead integrated advertising and creative strategies across all audiences and channels

Shape enterprise marketing strategies that strengthen brand perception and drive growth

Oversee media strategy, planning, and investment to maximize reach, efficiency, and ROI

Establish creative governance and brand standards across agencies and internal teams

Lead agency and supplier partnerships to deliver high‑quality, innovative work

Own the annual marketing calendar, ensuring on‑time campaign execution and delivery

Align cross‑functional teams around priorities, messaging, and strategic initiatives

Manage marketing budgets with strong financial stewardship and performance focus

Lead, coach, and develop high‑performing teams through clear expectations and feedback

Required Experience

Extensive experience leading enterprise advertising, brand, or integrated marketing strategy

Proven success overseeing creative development and media planning at scale

Strong leadership experience managing teams, agencies, and cross‑functional partners

Deep understanding of brand management and customer‑centric marketing

Experience owning budgets and optimizing marketing investments for impact

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent combination of education and experience

Flexibility to work full‑time with occasional extended hours and travel as needed

Desired Experience

Experience marketing to diverse or multicultural audiences, including Hispanic markets

Background in large, matrixed or enterprise organizations

Expertise balancing performance marketing with long‑term brand building

A track record of driving innovation while maintaining brand consistency

Strong executive communication and storytelling skills

Location & Work Arrangement This role is based at the San Antonio Home Office, working on‑site Monday through Thursday with remote flexibility on Fridays. Full‑time availability is required, with occasional extended hours and travel as needed. Candidates must reside within commuting distance of the San Antonio Home Office.
