What You Will Do
We are looking for a strategic and collaborative marketer who can help connect the dots across our marketing organization. This role plays an important part in ensuring our brand shows up with clarity, consistency, and impact across every consumer touchpoint.
As Senior Manager, Integrated Marketing Communications, you will translate brand and business priorities into integrated communications plans that bring together Digital Advertising, Brand Marketing, PR, Partnerships, Social and Influencer, E‑commerce, and Creative. You will ensure messaging, storytelling, and channel strategies work together cohesively across paid, owned, and earned media to drive awareness, engagement, and ultimately consumer trial.
You will also bring an external perspective into the organization, helping elevate the quality and ambition of our work by connecting campaigns to culture, consumer trends, and best‑in‑class marketing. Your ability to identify emerging ideas and translate them into actionable, brand‑relevant opportunities will be critical in shaping how we show up in market.
In this role, you will help shape how campaigns are structured and integrated across channels so that communications strategies are designed holistically from the start. Working closely with functional marketing leads, you will align teams around shared messaging, campaign priorities, and execution timelines. While this role collaborates with many marketing functions, it does not directly own individual channels. Instead, you will serve as the connective thread across teams, ensuring campaigns are strategically aligned and executed in a coordinated way.
This role combines strategic thinking with hands‑on orchestration. You will help guide campaigns from early planning through launch while maintaining a cohesive brand narrative and ensuring marketing initiatives work together to drive meaningful business impact.

Messaging and Channel Alignment
Partner with brand and creative teams to ensure campaign messaging is consistent across channels while optimized for platform‑specific execution. Act as a steward of the brand narrative across marketing touchpoints.
Consumer Journey and Channel Integration
Ensure campaigns effectively connect the consumer journey from awareness to engagement to trial by aligning storytelling, media, and activation across paid, owned, and earned channels.
