Job Title Corporate IT Recruiter

Job Description Engage proactively with applicants and hiring teams throughout the recruiting life cycle to identify the best talent for the organization. Develop and implement talent acquisition strategies that align with business needs.

Responsibilities

Partner with hiring managers to build effective recruiting strategies and manage expectations.

Provide recommendations based on market data and position requirements, acting as a trusted talent partner.

Collaborate with cross‑functional partners, including HR Information Systems, Talent Management, and Compensation and Total Rewards.

Post job openings on our applicant tracking system and other media resources such as online job boards and social media.

Screen and source candidates through various methods, including in‑person, phone, and virtual behavioral‑based interviews for positions ranging from entry‑level to high‑level.

Ensure an excellent candidate experience with prompt follow‑up and communication throughout the candidate's life cycle.

Arrange interviews between hiring managers and candidates, coordinating travel for out‑of‑state candidates.

Work with the compensation team to develop and negotiate salary offers.

Participate in training and mentoring of new talent acquisition team members.

Administer background checks and new‑hire paperwork processes, including employment and education verification, reference checks, and pre‑employment drug tests.

Perform other job‑related functions as assigned.

Essential Skills

Talent acquisition and recruitment expertise.

Experience in corporate recruiting and full‑cycle recruiting.

Strategic sourcing, stakeholder management, and internal talent acquisition experience.

Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field, or equivalent combination of relevant work experience.

Minimum of 3 years' recruiting experience in a medium to large organization, focusing on manager‑level and above searches.

Proficiency in using an applicant tracking system such as PeopleSoft and conducting behavioral‑based interviews.

Additional Skills & Qualifications

Experience in external recruiting agencies and corporate HR departments is preferred.

Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Strong knowledge of Human Resources disciplines and applicable employment laws.

Excellent oral and written communication skills.

Strong workload management skills, including planning, organizing, and prioritizing.

Good judgment and problem‑solving skills.

Ability to maintain professional composure under stress and pressure.

Capability to maintain strict confidentiality of data.

Work Environment The position is based in an office setting, with working hours from Monday to Thursday, 9 am to 5 pm. Fridays offer the flexibility to work remotely.

Job Type & Location This is a Contract position based out of Miami, FL.

Pay And Benefits The pay range for this position is $40.86 – $46.50 per hour.
