
Corporate Legal Secretary

A prominent Southern California law firm is seeking an experienced Corporate Secretary to support a team of corporate attorneys. This role is ideal for a highly organized, detail‑oriented professional with strong corporate law experience who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and can manage multiple priorities with accuracy and professionalism.
Key Responsibilities
Prepare engagement letters, conflict waivers, and client intake documentation.
Support client billing processes, including reviewing and editing prebills.
Process expense reimbursements and audit requests in accordance with firm policies.
Maintain complex attorney calendars, meetings, and deadlines.
Coordinate attorney registrations for conferences and professional events.
Communicate with prospective and existing clients regarding intake and billing matters.
Draft, format, redline, and assemble corporate legal documents and correspondence.
Create, organize, and manage PDF documents, including closing books and executed agreements.
Provide backup administrative and secretarial support to the corporate team as needed.
Qualifications
Minimum 5 years of experience as a legal secretary, preferably in corporate law.
Experience supporting multiple attorneys simultaneously.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Adobe Acrobat, and document management systems (iManage preferred).
Strong organizational, communication, and multitasking skills.
Familiarity with client intake, conflicts, billing systems, and tools such as DocuSign and expense platforms is a plus.
Proactive, detail‑driven, and confident exercising sound judgment.
Annual Salary Range: $90,000–$105,000 (based on experience)

Hybrid schedule: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote
