Position Overview
The Junior Graphic Designer supports the marketing and creative teams by producing visually compelling, brand‑aligned assets across digital and print platforms. This is an excellent opportunity for an early‑career designer to grow within a collaborative, fast‑paced environment.
Required Experience
Created visually engaging designs for digital and print media, including social media graphics, brochures, and marketing materials
Collaborated with marketing and creative teams to develop brand‑consistent visuals across campaigns
Assisted in the development of brand identities, including logos, color palettes, and typography systems
Used design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to produce high‑quality assets
Managed multiple projects simultaneously while meeting tight deadlines in a fast‑paced environment
Edited and refined designs based on client or team feedback to ensure alignment with project goals
Prepared final files for print and digital distribution, ensuring accuracy and quality standards
Conducted research on design trends to keep creative work fresh and relevant
Supported senior designers in brainstorming and concept development for campaigns
Maintained organized project files and asset libraries for easy team access
Full‑time remote position; candidates must live near one of our locations, preferably Texas or North Kansas City, as the role may require occasional onsite or ad‑hoc projects.
