PREPARE FOR IMPACT! Reporting to the VP of Product Marketing, the Product Marketing Manager is accountable for defining and translating the strategic vision into high‑quality execution across positioning, go‑to‑market programs, sales enablement, and buyer‑facing content. This is a hands‑on, high‑impact role that sits at the intersection of Product, Sales, and Marketing, and is critical to ensuring EarthDaily’s earth observation and geospatial analytics solutions are clearly understood, compellingly positioned, and effectively activated in the market. As a close partner to the Marketing and Sales teams, this role takes the strategic direction and makes it real – building assets, programs, and commercial tools that enable the organization to win, bringing EarthDaily’s product stories to life across every buyer touchpoint and line of business (LOB).

Positioning & Messaging Execution

Partner closely with the VP of Product Marketing to internalize EarthDaily’s positioning framework and messaging architecture, and translate these into polished, buyer‑ready content and commercial materials across all lines of business

Develop and maintain core messaging documents, value proposition statements, and solution narratives for EarthDaily’s products and LOB solutions, ensuring alignment with the strategic direction set by the VP of Product Marketing

Adapt master messaging for specific buyer personas, lines of business, sales stages, and channels – including technical buyers, business decision‑makers, and key verticals such as agriculture, insurance, mining, and government intelligence

Conduct ongoing competitive research to support and maintain EarthDaily’s competitive intelligence library, surfacing insights on competitor positioning, product updates, and market movements for review by the VP of Product Marketing and Sales leadership

Support buyer research initiatives including win‑loss interviews, customer surveys, and persona refinement, synthesizing findings into clear summaries and recommendations

Go‑to‑Market Execution

Own the day‑to‑day execution of go‑to‑market plans for new product releases, feature launches, and solution expansions under the strategic direction of the VP of Product Marketing

Coordinate cross‑functionally with Sales, Field Marketing, and Communications to ensure launch activities are delivered on time, on message, and with the right assets in place across all lines of business

Develop and manage launch toolkits – including internal announcements, sales briefs, customer‑facing communications, and updated collateral – ensuring all stakeholders are equipped and aligned ahead of each launch

Maintain the product marketing launch calendar and track deliverables across teams, proactively flagging risks and keeping programs on schedule

Measure and report on launch effectiveness, including sales adoption of enablement materials, pipeline influence, and market reach

Sales Enablement

Build and maintain a comprehensive, up‑to‑date sales enablement library covering EarthDaily’s full product and solution portfolio – including pitch decks, solution briefs, competitive battle cards, objection handling guides, case studies, and ROI frameworks

Work directly with Sales leadership and Account Executives across EarthDaily’s lines of business to understand buyer objections, deal‑stage content needs, and gaps in current enablement materials, and close those gaps through targeted asset development

Deliver product messaging training and onboarding for new Sales and Customer Success team members, ensuring consistent articulation of EarthDaily’s value proposition in the field

Establish and maintain a regular feedback loop with Sales – through deal reviews, pipeline debriefs, and win/loss discussions – to continuously improve the relevance and quality of enablement output

Manage and organize EarthDaily’s central sales and marketing asset library, ensuring materials are current, properly versioned, and easily accessible to the commercial organization

Market & Competitive Research

Write and produce technically credible, buyer‑relevant content across formats including solution briefs, white papers, FAQs, case studies, landing page copy, and product‑focused blog posts

Ensure all product marketing content maintains accuracy, consistency with EarthDaily’s positioning, and alignment with brand voice and standards

Contribute to EarthDaily’s thought leadership content in partnership with Communications, ensuring product marketing perspectives on Earth Observation and geospatial analytics are well represented across external channels

Support the development of product‑focused content for demand generation campaigns, including email copy, webinar descriptions, and ad messaging, in coordination with Field Marketing

Cross‑functional Collaboration

Serve as a key day‑to‑day liaison between the VP of Product Marketing and Sales, Field Marketing, Communications, and Customer Success – ensuring strategic direction is understood, activated, and consistent across all commercial functions

Partner with Product Management to stay current on the product roadmap and ensure upcoming releases are reflected in messaging, enablement assets, and launch plans in a timely manner

Support the VP of Product Marketing in preparing materials for leadership forums, board presentations, and strategic planning sessions as required

YOUR PAST MISSIONS

Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, Science, or a related field

MBA or advanced degree – an asset

6–9 years of experience in product marketing in a B2B technology, SaaS, or data/analytics company

Proven track record executing across the core product marketing disciplines – messaging, GTM execution, sales enablement, and content development – in a fast‑paced environment

Experience working as a senior individual contributor within a product marketing function, operating with a high degree of autonomy and delivering quality output across multiple concurrent programs

Strong background in building and maintaining sales enablement libraries and working directly with sales teams to support deal progression

Demonstrated experience executing go‑to‑market programs for complex, technical B2B products with multiple buyer personas and long sales cycles

Experience in geospatial technology, Earth Observation, remote sensing, or a closely related deep‑tech domain – strongly preferred

Experience marketing into one or more of EarthDaily’s key lines of business (agriculture, insurance, mining, or government intelligence) – an asset

Proficiency with HubSpot, Salesforce, or equivalent marketing automation and CRM platforms

Exceptional ability to understand and articulate technically complex products and solutions in language that is compelling, credible, and accessible to both technical and business buyers

Outstanding writing and content development skills across a broad range of formats – from strategic positioning documents to customer‑facing solution briefs and sales pitch decks

Strong executional skills with the ability to take strategic direction and translate it into high‑quality deliverables independently and at pace

Deep understanding of B2B buyer journeys, complex sales cycles, and the role of product marketing content and enablement across the full commercial funnel

Strong cross‑functional collaboration skills with the ability to work effectively across Sales, Field Marketing, Product, and Communications to coordinate programs and ensure alignment

Commercially minded, with solid familiarity with SaaS or platform business metrics (ARR, NRR, churn, expansion) and how product marketing activities influence revenue outcomes

Strong organizational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple programs, assets, and stakeholders simultaneously without sacrificing quality

Curiosity and aptitude for rapidly learning technically complex domains – including geospatial analytics, satellite imagery, and Earth Observation applications – and translating them into market‑facing narratives

Comfortable operating in a high‑growth, fast‑paced environment where priorities evolve and strong individual judgment is required

WORKING ENVIRONMENT

Remote or hybrid based on location

Fast‑paced, high‑growth environment where the ability to work autonomously and deliver with minimal oversight is essential

Hours of work typically fall between 9:00am and 5:30pm Monday to Friday with periodic evening and weekend work

Occasional travel expected (3‑5 times per year)

Your Compensation Base Salary Range: $90,000-$120,000 CAD annually. The range is based on Vancouver‑derived compensation for this role. Placement within the salary range will be determined based on the successful candidate’s relevant experience, skills, qualifications, training, education and other job‑related factors.
