Role Description This is a full-time hybrid role for a Property Manager based in the Columbus, Ohio Metropolitan Area, with flexibility for some remote work. The Property Manager will oversee daily property operations, including tenant management, lease administration, property maintenance coordination, and ensuring compliance with affordable housing regulations. Additionally, the individual will manage property financials, including rent collection, budget management, and reporting. The role requires collaboration with team members, vendors, and residents to create a safe and welcoming community environment.
Qualifications
Proficiency in property management practices, lease administration, and tenant relations
Strong skills in budget management, rent collection, and financial reporting
Experience with property maintenance coordination and vendor communication
Knowledge of affordable housing compliance and regulatory requirements
Strong organizational, time management, and problem-solving abilities
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with property management software and standard office tools
Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Real Estate, or related field is preferred
Experience in affordable housing or multifamily residential management is a plus
